Leading PCO with a workforce of 200 people. 10 years of experience in lighting design, manufacturing and lighting simulation with recognition by both the private sectors and government agencies.
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Mr. Tay Hooi Seng
Wide experience in lighting design in both Singapore and Malaysia with expertise on tunnels lighting, sports facilities lighting (football stadiums and golf courses), street lighting, facade lighting, indoor lighting,
audit and simulations.

50 Years of evolution
1977- Mr. Lee Piang Wan founded PCO Lite Sdn.Bhd at Kampar
1978 - established 40w/20w fluorescent Ballast
1979 - Ballast attained SIRIM & JBE approval
1984 - established first street lantern product, the Angel 89
1986 - established high pressure Sodium Ballast & Mercury Ballast
1988 - Street Lantern product attained SIRIM approval
1990 - High Pressure Sodium & Mercury Ballast attained JKR approval
- PCO shifted to new factory (1.5 acre)
1991 - established fluorescent batten fitting products
1993 - established new version of street lantern, the Angel 93 & approved by SIRIM
1995 - expanded PCO Lite into international market
1996 - developed mirror reflector luminaire product series
1997 - awarded 10th Golden Europe Award for Quality, Paris
1998 - newly established street lantern, Angel 98 has passed ​international market standard
2000 - established high quality of parabolic mirror louvre obtained license from MPSJ
- start of first OEM to a luminaire multinational company
2001 - established Cat.2 Luminaire fitting under JKR approval
2003 - established new street lantern, Angel 2003 - introduce of landscape lightingting
2004 - manufacture own downlight and lamp pole design - established Low Loss HPSV Ballast
2006 - successfully obtained ISO 9001 & 14001 standard
2007 - established Emergency Light & Exit Sign
2008 - Supply Luminaire to Lightings, Singapore
2009 - established LED downlights & bulbs
2010 - established LED street lantern & office lights
2011 - established new product series, Architecture Lighting
2020 - established LED Highbay lighting design
2020 – Established a new Architecture Lighting product series.
2026 – Introduced a redesigned LED High Bay Lighting series with enhanced performance and a modern design.
